In 2019 Cory helped my wife and I purchase our first small multi-family investment property in Bend, Oregon. I found and connected with him through the BiggerPockets real estate community. I honestly was not sure what I was looking for in a broker when I reached out to him, but knew I needed someone that could help us find and analyze investment properties through the lens of an investor.
